Terms and conditions

Payment

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express), PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance or through PayPal. All orders are subject to review and may be rejected.

Shipment

Products can be shipped to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France and Italy. All delivery dates are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

All orders for over 50 CHF are eligible for free economy class shipment. Orders under 50 CHF, and those that choose not to accept the free shipping option, are subject to shipping charges. Customs charges may also be required on international orders and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

You may return any unused products for up to year from date of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Refunds and exchanges are facilitated online through the request form found by logging into your account. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment source that the product was purchased with (Credit card, PostFinance Card, etc). It usually takes between 3 and 5 work days after we receive the product for a refund to be completed.

Defective products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply return the defective item or exhange them for a new one. In case of defects, Outdoorstore.ch will also cover shipping.

Exchanges

All products may also be exchanged for up to a year from date of purchase. If you'd like to make an exchange, the fastest way to receive the replacement product, is to do a return on the unwanted item, and at the same time purchase the replacement item normally on the website. This way we can insure that you get the product you want in the quickest time possible. Your refund for the unwanted item will then be processed when we receive the item. Of course, you can also wait to order the replacement item after your receive your refund.

Order review

All orders are subject to review and can be canceled for any reason. In the result of cancelation of your order, all charges will be refunded.

Reservation of Title

All products remain the property of OutdoorStore.ch GmbH until full payment has been received.

Security/Privacy

OutdoorStore.ch GmbH will pass on personal customer data to a third party only to the extent that they are needed to execute the order or the payment (e. g. information transmitted to the Swiss Post), to inform our customers or to carry out surveys. All personal information is treated with absolute confidentiality.

Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Place of Jurisdiction

All customer rights with OutdoorStore.ch GmbH are subject to Swiss law. Bern is the place of jurisdiction for any dispute that may arise. OutdoorStore.ch GmbH retains the right to prosecute in any court of law.
