Returns / Exchanges

Did you not get what you wanted? Simply change you mind or want something different?

No problem. We offer a full 1-year from the date of purchase, no questions asked refunds and exchanges policy on all unopened (!) items. Just fill out the electronic merchandise return form, and ship the items back to us. More details instructions can be found below. As soon as we received the unwanted items, we'll refund the money to same account you used to originally pay for the goods (i.e. Visa, PostFinance, etc.). You will normally see the money back in your account in between 3 - 5 working days after we receive the products. Unless delivery was a mistake, or product was damaged during delivery, Outdoorstore.ch will not be able to refund the shipping charges associated with an order.

Problem with the product?

Did you get what you want, but for some reason it has a defect?

Defective products are also guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply return the defective item or exhange them for a new one. In case of defects, Outdoorstore.ch will also cover shipping.

Please closely review your order as soon as you receive it!

Exchanges

You may also exchange your items for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If you'd like to make an exchange, the simplest way is to do both a standard return for the unwanted item, and then purchase the new item the same way you would a standard order. This will allow you, to get the replacement items as quickly as possible. It also helps prevent the possibility that we sell out of the item you really want, while processing your return. Of course, you obviously always have the option of waiting until you recieve your refund before placing your order for the replacement itesm

 

How to return a product

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Under My orders, click on the link to details for the order contains the items you want to return.
  3. In the details section of the order, click on thecheckbox (left) of the item you want to return.
  4. Fill out the Quantity boxes with the number of each product you're returning.
  5. Breifly describe in the Merchandise return box (below) the reason for the return.
  6. Click on Make a RMA slip.

Finally, ship the unopened or defective products back to us at:
